The Road to Nowhere

The party follows a road that doesn't appear on any map and cannot be seen from the air — only walked. It connects places that should not be connected: a village that burned down forty years ago, a city that won't exist for another decade, and something at the road's end that may be the source of every road in the world. The road only allows passage in one direction.
