The Dreaming City

A city built on a ley-line nexus was destroyed when its founders over-channeled the magic and it phased partially into the dream plane. It is still there — partially. Entering requires dreaming yourself to the right place. The party is hired to retrieve a specific object from the dream-city before it fully fades. Inside, they find a population that doesn't know they're dead and a secret the founders were killed to keep.
