Plans, billing, and cancelling
The free tier is a real game with a monthly play allowance. Paid tiers (see pricing) raise the allowance, unlock group hosting, scene art, and more. Annual billing, when offered, is ten months' price for twelve.
Manage everything from the billing portal (Account → Manage subscription): change plan, update card, cancel. Cancelling keeps your tier until the period ends, then drops to free — your campaigns, heroes, and memories are never deleted for downgrading.
If a renewal payment fails you'll get an email with a fix-it link; nothing is lost while you sort it out.
